Fashion for the Fellas: Henley’s Winter Releases

Leading UK fashion brand Henleys will release its first Aussie winter range for the boys this February, with its trademark printed signature tees in primary colours among a host of other great casual gear including jeans, hoodies, jackets and more. Rated one of the top five UK streetwear brands, Henleys’ fusion of relaxed urban gear and distinctly cool edge will easily translate to Aussie shores, and the bods of our very cool fellas.

The first men’s winter collection features colour blocks of grey, black and white along the usual primaries, in shirts emblazoned with logos and crests and made of basic cotton – American football-inspired gear with a fun and uniquely retro feel. Standout pieces include the pilgrim v-neck knit in grey marl and the trendy Petis pea coat with double-breasting and satin lining, in charcoal.

Definitely a brand to look out for, Henleys translates British edge to Australian cool with much ease, and innovative, sreet-cred styles.

About the Author

Sarah Ayoub is organised chaos in the flesh. Nerdy, culture-savvy and a tad over-excited, she flits between university study (where she’s preparing for a doctorate), shopping centres (where she impulse-buys things like designer handbags and chocolate coins) and her bedroom, (where she writes at a computer surrounded by writer’s mess). Shy but flamboyant, a brain but a bimbo, conservative but open-minded, Sarah decided to pursue a career as a journalist because she wanted to be Lois Lane and Clark Kent’s love child (inheritor of enviable journalistic skills and the ability to fly) and because her plan to be a psychiatrist was shelved after a viewing of The Sixth Sense. Desperately in need of a time machine, Sarah Ayoub is an iron fist in a velvet glove - and a walking contradiction that makes perfect sense.
